By placing an order with our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Product Policy
All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise specified or in the case of defective items. Please check all product details before confirming your order.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We appreciate if you can provide an unboxing video as proof of the item’s condition. Once verified, we will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund.
4. Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items require up to 10 working days for processing and delivery. Timeline may vary depending on supplier and logistics.

6. Self Pick-Up
Self pick-up is available at:
KL ECO City, 3 Jalan Bangsar, 59200 Kuala Lumpur
Pick-up hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Please wait for our confirmation message before collecting.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
7. Shipping Terms
All standard orders are shipped via DHL.
For special or urgent deliveries, you may request Grab, Lalamove, or DHL Next Day Delivery. All delivery and additional charges for these special options will be borne by the buyer.
We occasionally provide free shipping vouchers, so do check our promotions. Happy shopping!
8. Order & Delivery
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Once shipped, we are unable to amend the delivery address or cancel the order. Delays may occur during peak seasons.
